2019 Huang Shan Mao Feng Ye Sheng

"Divoké ochmýřené vrcholky ze Žlutých hor" - výborný svěží čerstvý bohatě tipsový zelený čaj z oblasti Žlutých hor v provincii Anhui. Čaj Huang Shan Mao Feng lze najít na mnoha seznamech nejlepších a nejznámějších čajů Číny. Jeho sláva jej předchází, a přitom se vyrábí teprve přibližně od roku 1860. Dnes se tento typ čaje, podobně jako čaje typu Long Jing, běžně vyrábí ve všech produkčních oblastech čaje v Číně. Ceny lepších originálních sort se však leckdy vyšplhají do neúměrných výšin. Tento čaj má nálev jemně zelené barvy, lehce bylinné vůně. Chuť je svěží, čerstvá, sladce bylinná, sládnoucí na patře. První sklizeň zahrady v tomto roce - k dispozici je proto pouze omezené množství. Cena je za 50 g.

Tea area is mild climate, abundant rainfall, fertile soil, organic matter and more ecological conditions are favorable. This tea is named after its creator - Da Fang - a Buddhist monk who lived in a temple at the top of Lao Zhu Feng Mountain during the late Song Dynasty. It is believed that Da Fang personally grew, harvested and processed the tea leaves, and the tea was originally served to visiting scholars. Such a great tea it was that it quickly grew in reputation and soon people would visit the temple just to have a sip of the tea. The recipe was later shared with the local farmers who prospered from the sales, and in appreciation, they named the tea - Ding Gu (Valley Peak) Da Fang. It became a Tribute tea during the Qing Dynasty and was, at one time, one of China’s Top Ten Tea.
